(Received 31st May, 9.40 a.m.) OTTAWA, 30th May.. A separate subsidised cargo steamship service to "China from. Vancouver is likely according to an announcement by Mr Malcolm, Trade Minister. Regarding, the estimates for the Australia-British Columbia service, the Minister suggested that China be .added. He said the service since being inaugurated had practically doubled the shipments of.lumber to Australia. Canada had been unable, however, to market lumber in Australia during the past four months and would apparently have to go to other ports of call. " .-< . ■
