A message from Buckingham Ralace to-day states that the satisfactory improvement continues in the rheumatism front which the King lias been suffering during the last few days. This morning His Majesty received Lord Balfour, who delivered to him the insignia of the Garter of the late Earl of Balfour.

The Queen, on her visit to-.day to the Royal military tournament, was accompanied by the Duke of Gloucester, Prince George, and Princess Elizabeth.
