SYDNEY, 29th May. The new Governor of New South Wales, Sir Philip Jame, Lady Jame, and three children'and suite arrived by the Moldavia this morning. Warships and merchantmen in the harbour were be-flagged. 11.M.A.5. Australia fired a salute.

Sir Philip was later sworn-in, He was cordially welcomed by the Premier and Ministers.
