PROCEEDINGS AGAINST MOTORIST (By Telegraph—Press Association.! WELLINGTON, This Day. The sequel to the fatal accident in which Mrs and Mr Cook lost their lives in Ngahauranga Gorge when their car went over a bank after a collision is being heard in the Magistrate’s Court, Storey being charged with negligently driving a car and thereby causing tho death of two persons. Storey was committed for trial.
