DEATHS EXCEED BIRTHS FIRST TIMH IN HISTORY EFFECTS OF DECLINE (United Preßs Association—By Eiectrio Telegraph—Copyright) PARIS, 9th, April. Statistics issued by the French Government show that last year for the first time in history deaths heavily, outnumbered births, whereas 70,000 more births than deaths were registered in Franco in 1928. The population deficit is 12, 564. The decline threatens France’s military and industrial power especially in view of foreign population. Tho one child marriage is almost standardised.
