PACIFIC ROTARY CONFERENCE

JAPANESE DELEQATES WELCOMED

SYDNEY, 11th March. The party of Japanese delegates to the third Pacific Rotary Conference, opening in Sydney on 18th March, arrived and were duly welcomed. Fraternal greetings from Rotarians in Japan were brought by Yozo Nomura of Yokohama, who hastened to assure Australians and New Zealanders that the Japanese were not a warlike people. On the contrary they would be found worthy neighbours and friends.
