In 1927 about 90 performers look part, in 1928 there were .126 and in 1929 the magnificent total of 165 was reached. Classes are held for both sexes and all ages. Eacli class is arranged al the most convenient time for the particular requirements of those al tending it. Gymnasium is a. word which has stood for better health, development and increased vitality for many years all over the world. Under present day conditions where men and women, and boys and girls are forced to spend so many hours at occupations requiring little action and very often bent over a desk, these needs have, become so urgent that the gymnasium has become a part of the necessary equipment of a city. To offset the evils of loss of activity, fresh air and Sunlight, ii is necessary to have a place where definite effort can be made to wm back this vitality. So it is that men and women, boys and girls everywhere all over the world are taking "gym courses. It is fascinating work and oilers social intercourse as well. Health is one of the most precious possessions, for when health breaks down one cannot enjoy anything else. It is worth many more times the little lime one has to put into it. and what is more there is great pleasure in feeling tuned up again, it gives vounger people a foundation ol health* lo work on for the hardships of the manv years ahead* "G£ym, ' 1!1 short, is an asset which every one needs to lake advantage of.
