SHANGHAI, 4th February.

A breach of commercial faith by the National Government is indicated in an announcement of the cancellation of the Kino-American airways agreement which was recently sanctioned by the Minister of Communications. The service which has been operated by Americans for several months, and established at heavy cost, is now terminated owing to infringement of China's sovereign rights. Nanking decided to conduct its own services. The announcement is occasioning alarm regarding the future validity of other commercial agreements involving millions.
