PROPOSED NEW SERVICE TO NEW ZEALAND (By Telegraph—Press Association) 'WELLINGTON, Ist February. It is understood that the Constantine line's cargo steamer Brookwood, which was to have left Los Angeles on 28th February with Pacific coast cargo for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin, has been withdrawn and will now proceed to the United Kingdom with wheat. The withdrawal of the Brookwood, which was to have inaguated the Constantine line's now service to New Zealand is said to be due to the absence of cargo.
