Five members of one family were drowned, four successively, in 'trying to save one another, in a river near Randollh, Vermont. Harry Boardman was swimming when he was caught'in a current. His two sisters plunged in to his assistance. The father and mother tried to reach them with a boat which overturned. All the bodies were recovered within one hour.
