CONTROL QUESTION (By Telegraph—Prefsa Association) k DUNEDIN, This Day. At last week’s conference of the Provincial Fruitgrowers’ Council it was resolved that the council felt the time was opportune to come within the jurisdiction of the Control Act. It is now stated that this is contrary to the wishes of 80 per cent, of Otago growers,, ancl steps are contemplated to prevent the resolution effecting its purpose.
