DEATH AT 99
A THAMES PIONEER (By Telegraph—Press Association) THAMES, Bth June. The death has occurred of Thomas Dunn, who celebrated his .ninety-ninth birthday on Bth May. He was a pioneer of the Thames Goldfields. He left London in the ship Dauntless on Christmas Day, 1864. He came to Thames in a cutter just before the declaration of the goldfield, and worked in many successful mines. He leaves three daughters.
