ASSASSINATION OF THE CZAR
LEADERS OF PLOT EXPELLED (Received 3rd April, 9.55 a.m.) BERLIN, 2nd April. _ The local Russian newspaper “Roul” says the Soviet expelled from Russia Rakovsky, former first envoy to Britain, and Bieloborodoff, who took a leading part in the plot to assassinate the Czar.
