I !,e inquiry which opened o; Saturday concerning F. Monk's driving of Arachne, the favourite in, the President's Handicap; was concluded this morning. It was officially announced that, while it was not altogether satisfied With the driving of Arachne, the committee had decided that no action bo taken.
