Although the bulletin reports no change and no- improvement since Sunday,'it is authoritatively learned that the King’s condition is satisfactory. Throughout the day a feeling of hopefulness continued at the Palace. It must, he remembered that progress is such that it cannot satisfactorily be measured daily: it should be measured rather week by week. The fact that there is only one bulletin daily is another good sign. Dr. Howitt and Dr. Woods applied rays to-night.
