(Received 9th January, 12.20 p.m.) LONDON, Bth January. One of the modern girl’s viewpoint of Mr Baldwin’s enfranchisement led her to a Glasgow Court charged with not filling in a registration form. Peggy Bowman, the girl in the question, saicl: “If I fill in the form I will have to vote for some idiot who wants to loaf.” The Magistrate advised her to register in order to vote for at least an idiotic candidate, and she reluctantly agreed.
