The "Daily Express" lobbyist say:; that though the New Year honours are postponed they will be issued as soon as His Majesty is well enough to approve Ilium. If the King'continues his present progress the list: should be announced early in February. The lobbyist believes that Sir Austen Chamber, lain, Foreign Secretary, and Mr W. G. liridgeinan, First Lord of the Admiralty, will figure in the distribution of tiie'honours. Mr liridgeinan at first declined hut. there is reason to believe that he changed his mind. There will be a third list on the King's Birthday (3rd June).
