PROCEEDINGS AGAINST A NEWS PAPER

SYDNEY, 13th November. The Commonwealth electoral authorities have launched a, prosecution, against the “Sun” Newspaper Limited, Sydney, charging it- with publishing an unsigned article commenting oil a candidate, namely, Air Bruce, Prime Minister, on 12th October. The case has been adjourned until Tuesday next.
