Hurley arrived at Calcutta at 2 p.m.. from Rangoon, covering 750 miles at an average speed of 100 miles an hour, lie said it was the best weather experienced during the flight. The engine went splendidly. They followed the coastline tor the greater part of the way. They had encountered terrible head winds since leaving Australia. The airmen anticipated making longer hops as they got cooler air. DEPARTURE EOR KARACHI
CALCUTTA, 11th November. Hurley departed for Karachi at dawn to-dav.
