TRUST MONEY
SOLICITOR FINED FOR BREACH OF LAW

CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. For breaches of the Law Practitioners' Act relating to the payment into the bank of trust moneys, Percival L. C. Inder, a young Christchurch solicitor, was fined £2O in the Magistrate's Court to-day. In a second similar charge, Inder was convicted and discharged. Three charges against Samuel Ernest McCarthy, formerly in partnership with Inder, were dismissed. The charges were brought at the instance of the Law Society.
