A crowd of small boys was gathered about the entrance to a circus tent. A man standing near watched them for a few minutes. Then he walked up to the ticket, collector and said, with an air of authority: "Let all these boys in and count them as they pass." The- ticket collector did as requested; and when the last ono had passed in he turned and said ."Twenty-eight, sir." "Good," said the man. smilmg as he walked away. "I thought T guessed right."
