PROPOSALS TO BE PUBLISHED

BRITISH CABINET'S DECISION (Received 11th October, 1.25 p.m.) LONDON, 10th October. As was anticipated, to-day's meeting of Cabinet decided to publish the AngloFrench compromise proposals as early as possible. Government circles seem to think that tho comprehensiveness of the correspondence tracing the entire course of negotiations will be sufficient answer to critics.

It is even suggested that it will convincingly prove that earlier publication was impracticable in view of the whole facts being unknown, and would have caused equally a.s much consternation as piecemeal leakages have already done.
