PASSENGERS TO GO VIA SYDNEY WELLINGTON, This Day. Tho Manuka, which was to have left for Melbourne yesterday, will he paid off here in consequence of the uncertainty of labour conditions in Melbourne. Most of tlie passengers will go via Sydney on Friday.
