Certificates were gained hv Iris Hockey, Edna Ruffell. Zita Ruffell, Ila Ruffell, Rose Livick, Eric Crooks, Harold HeslopAttendance certificates: Ist year, Adele Atkinson, Eric Crooks. Seals for certificates previously obtained: Seventh year: Jean Simpson.
Reports dealing with various departments of the school’s activities were read by the secretary (Mr R. Black). It was shown that the roll (including the Bible Class and primary department) stood at 212—117 girls and 95 boys—a slight, increase on last year’s figures. The total average attendance was 110. The number on the cradle roll is 45, 22 having been added during the year. Nineteen scholars sat for the Wellington Sundav School Union examinations, and 11 obtained prizes. Margaret Anstice in Grade VI obtained the maximum of marks. Thanks were extended to all those engaged in Sunday School work aid to the donors of prizes.' The reports of the Young Women's Bible Class ai d the Young Men's Bible. Class were presented by Miss C. Verece and Mr* K. Hockey respectively.
