Lacey were, charged with behaving in a disorderly manner, using obscene language, .and .committing .mis-, chief to ctho valuo of £3. . • '■'■'• It .was stated that accused .paid for admittance and there was ireo access to a .quantity of beer. Accused used obscene language and behaved in a disorderly -manner., and during a fight a tray .of .glasses was broken. The Magistrate, Mr Page, '-held -that' the jilace was not 'a public one, and that -.the :mischief was : hot intentional. He dismissed tho dharge.
