ALL DELEGATES IN PARIS
A DAY OF RECEPTIONS
(Received 27th August, 1115 p.m.) PARIS, 26th August. Every Pact delegate has arrived. The day was largely occupied by receptions on arrival, calling and returning calls. Mr Kellogg had a lengthy conversation with M. Poincare. There were 58 guests at Mr Kellogg's banquet at the United States' Embassy. These included signatories and their wives. ' *' The only absentee was Dr. Strcsemann, who is acting on doctor's orders. The Pact., which is in French and English, will lie photographed and is expected to remain at the. Quai d'Orsay until signed by all those invited to do so. It, will then go to America.
