PALMERSTON N., This Day. The minor unions’ match North v. South Island was a very one-sided af- ■ North were without Nepia, Mill anil Robinson, but ijyere so superior as to make a runaway game of it. Playing with the sun and a strong wind in their favour they put on 25 to 0 in the first spell. With the help of the wind South did little better, North adding 14 more points to two unconverted tries.
