POLES FAIL
DESCEND IN MID-OCEAN
(Received 6th August, 10.35 a.m.) WARSAW, sth August. The Polish airmen Idzikowskis and Ivubalas came down in mid-Atlantic. They were saved by the German ship Samos. Neither was hurt. The machine was destroved.
