POLE'S ATTEMPT
DEPARTURE, FROM LE BOURGET PARIS; 3rd August. : The Poles Idzikowski and Kubala. left Le Bourget at 5.40 on a trans-Atlantic flight to; New York-via the Azores. Their biplane can remain aloft' fortyeight hours. It is not equipped with wireless. Their food includes two chickens, chocolate, bananas, brandy, and two bottles of champagne .
