2.—To declare to have, been and to be valid Title C!, Canon 1 of the Canons of the said General Synod as set out in the Second Schedule to the said Act. 3.--To provide that certain alterations, revocations, additions, diminutions, ordering or permit lings already made by the said General Synod or to be made under the authority of Hie above proposed Bill shaii no't affect or impair or lie deemed to have nfleeted or impaired (he identity of the said Church or to affect, jeopardise or impair the title of any properly held bv or in trust for the, said Church or 'for the Genernl Synod or any Diocesan Synod thereof or bv or in trust for any other organisations of (he said Church 4._To provide I hat the powers conferred bv the said proposed Mill shall be in substitution for the powers purporting to be conferred by Clauses 2, 3 and 4 of the Constitution of the. said Church. • s.—Printed copies of the proposed Bill will be deposited mi the Office of the Examiner of Standing Orders, Parliamentary Buildings.
