NEW YORK, 15th April. The American Socialist, Party Convention hero presented its platform calling for the withdrawal of American forces front Nicaragua, cancellation ot war debts due to the United States on the basis of mutual cancellation ot all Allied debts, and approval nf light wines and beer.
