A distressing fatality occurred last evening when Gladys Uae. aged three, years, daughtei of John Maliey, farmer, of .Papa lawn. was severely burned through her dollies ('niching alight,. Her mother was absent for a. moment to get. the m.T.I. and returned to find the child in a had way.

Medical aid was summoned and the child was sent to the hospital at- Dannoviike, where she died at II o’clock’.
