Six cases urn already reported of bookmakers victimised at the Williamsinwii races by bogus £lO notes. I'ASSINO THEM ON (Received 12th April. 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. Forged £lO notes were again in evidence, at Randwick yesterday, but ill nil instances the investigations disclosed thai bettors who had received the notes on >iie previous days were attempting to dispose of them. Eighteen of the notes were passed in Williamstowii on Saturday, and the Melbourne police express the opinion that they were printed in Sydney and brought 'to Melbourne by members of a Svdnev gang.
