. LACK Or CONSIDERATION In connection with the bogey handicap yesterday morning the committee's arrangements were considerably upset by the fact that a number of local player: did not turn up and failed to notify the committee of their intention lo do so. To say the leasj, this was very discourteous to their partners, who were kept waiting about until games could be arranged for. All that, was needed was to spend a couple of minutes at the telephone and notify the committee.
