Tho "Daily Mail" Riga correspondent says that the Soviet Press is intensely interested in reports of disturbances 1 in India. Dispatches from India are published with headlines "Revolt Against Britain," "India's Masses Awakening." The Communist International has telegraphed India assuring the rioters of their warm support.
