MAN ACCIDENTALLY KILLED

WHILE RABBIT SHOOTING (United Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. A man named Leslie Plummer, aged 32, a labourer, was found dead on his father's farm, Kent road, late last night. Early in the evening he took a gun to look for rabbits. Not returning a search was made and the body was found close to a wire fence with the gun alongside, one barrel having been discharged. It is assumed that in getting through or over the fence, the gun accidentally discharged.
