VICTORY FAIR BANNED BERLIN, 27th January. “Germany cannot be expected to participate in victory celebrations, and has advised its firms not to exhibit at tho .Milan fair, to mark the tenth anniversary of the declaration of peace.” This was the Government's reply to the Italian invitation. Italy, accordingly, has lefused to exhibit at the Cologne lair.
