Cable Association) SYDNEY,. 17th Jan. *At the Rydalmere Mental Hospital in the early hours tliis morning, an imbecile named Cecil Crouch was found dead in bed, having been strangled with a cord. Later in the day a blind inmate of 'the Institution, Horace Suckling, was found suffering from severe cuts on the arms. He confessed that ho had strangled Crouch and then tried to commit suicide by cutting his arms on a window pane, which he broke for that purpose.
