4000 OFFICERS DISMISSED
PARIS, 16th Jan. The "Matin's" Moscow correspondent reports that 4000 Red officers, recently dismissed by War Commissary Yorochiloff, are now in a desperate plight, tramping from town to town in a vain search for work. The Government proposes to utilise themMn repairing earthquake damage-In the Crimea.
