PARTS, 27th November. The text of the Franco-Jugo-Slavian Treaty pledges concerted action in the event'of an unprovoked attack, provided the action is within .the scope of the League of Nations’ Pact of. non aggression. The countries also agree jointly to examine sinv question likely to endanger their external security, again subject to the League’s final decision. A clause recognising the rights and obligations of the Powers involved in the League’s non-aggressioq, pact disposes of the report that the Treaty involves mutual support, even against the League’s decision. Both agree to settle disputes either diplomatically or by arbitration. ,
