THIRD CRUISER LAUNCHED

“The Tillies” jllerlin correspondent says lluil the cruiser Karlsruhe, of 6,000 lons, the third of live built tor replacement purposes under the Versailles Treaty, was launched at Kiel. Speakers ! era lied that the first Karlsruhe, during her three, months’ activities in war--I,me. sank seventeen allied vessels and evaded seven pursuers. Stic sank owing to an explosion in 1914, the commander and 261 men being draw nod.
The seeond Karlsruhe, which served in the North Sea, was sunk, at Scapa Flow.
