(Received 13th June, 9.50 a.m.) CANBERRA, This Day. A fire which occurred in a canvas tent at the North Bourne camp, near Ainslie, resulted in two men, Samuel Palmer and. Alexander Beveridge. being burned to death. The 'men had been cooking a meal over a large fire in the tent and were unable to escape when the structure caught alight.
