MOSCOW, 9th June. An amazing official document accuses Britain and other foreign nations of persistent terrorism and attacks on the Soviet. “It is evident that Britain, while rapidly preparing foy war against the Soviet, is simultaneously striving to prevent the peaceful labours of the Russian people. The Gov eminent calls on the toiling masses to protect their country’s industries against foreign spies, incendiaries, and murderers. With your support we will clear out our enemies.” The supposed facts go hack to .1925 and allege that (lie spy Steinberg, shot on (ho frontier, was really a British Air Force captain with personal instructions from Mr Churchill.
Another charge mentions .Mr While, of the British Consulate at Moscow, in connection with' the instigation of the Kremlin explosions, while "There is a' long list of suggestions regarding bombs of British and French origin, also as to Finnish and Esthonian inoendiarists’ agents in Britain. There, were, demonstrations of protest against the murder in all large cities in Russia. Demonstrators, officially described as numbering several hundred thousands, marched pant the Foreign Affairs Commissariat at Moscow from three in tho afternoon till late at night, All demonstrations passed resolutions emphasising the alleged close connection with the murder of Britain’s anti-Soviet policy, and also demanding the dissolution of the White Guard organisation alleged to exist in Poland.
