, LONDON, 4th Jan. The Prince of Wales was the principal guest at a bi-centenary dinner to celebrate the birth of Wolfe, the hero of Quebec. The anniversary was also celebrated at We'stcrham, Wolfe's birthplace in Kent. Mr Churchill, speaking at the dinner, delivered an eloquent panegyric upon the measureless consequences of the victory on thtrhei'ghts"of.Abraham.
