Advices from Moscow via Riga state that iMr Cook, secretary of the British miners, sent a letter thanking Soviet bodies and promising greater revolutionary activity in Britain. He intends to visit Russia again in May. In his letter he adds: —"It is necessary to employ Russian methods to win. We must reorganize the trade unions on a class war basis, discarding leaders of the MacDonald and Thomas type, who believe in compromise with capitalists."
