SPANISH CARNIVAL AT THE PARAMOUNT A Spanish carnival (in aid of tlie fund* of St, Mary's Orphanage, Nelson) is to be producer! in the Paramount Theatre, Collingvvood street, starting on Monday evening next. This spectacular revue, entitled "Sunny Spain." is being produced by Mr P. Reade Wnuehop, and will embrace many novelties entirely new to the people' of Nelson. The scene is laid iii Spain, showing the exterior of a cafe where dark-eyed Spanish beauties dance and sing to the rhythm of ancient and modern Spanish music. Toreadors, flower-sellers, tourists, etc., of song and dance. A special feature of the revue will be the children's ballet. These, together with the choruses and orchestra, have been in active training since the producer arrived in Nelson some few weeks ago.
