ADOPTION
LONDON, 15th Nov
Secrecy is maintained in Yorkshire, but it is reported that the proposals were overwhelmingly adopted. To-day 7442 miners returned to work, r nking a total working of .338,153. FURTHER ASSISTANCE FROM RUSSIA MOSCOW, 16th Nov. It is announced that Soviet trade unions remitted a further £65,000 to the British miners.
