Wearing a marshal's uniform instead of a corporal's jacket, Mussolini will appear as generalissimo of Ihe whole army in a greal review on 22nd Oclober, lliis fourth anniversary of the march on Home. The grand council has ratified (he new sialics of Mussolini, who is now supreme head of the naval, army and aviation forces. Though he did not attend ii military school Mussolini is an acknowledged accomplished soldier and strategist.
