DANNEVIR.KR, This Day The annual sale of Aberdeen Angus pedigree bulls under the auspices of Hie New Zealand Aberdeen Angus Breeders' Association was held yesterday at Dannevirke and was more successful than anticipated considering tin- recent and present conditions. Forty four bulls were offered, the lop price at'auction boing 100 guineas for Mr Armstrong's two-year-old Urgel. which was acquired riv W. Clark of Cisborne. Other prices at auction ranged from 20 to 70 guineas. W. A. MaeFarlane's Jupiter of Wniterenui was sold privately to 7. Armstrong for 150 guineas.
