(Received 13th Oct. 11.55 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day Mi- Lang, Premier, announced that when matters following the coroner's inquiry into the Manilla disaster had been disposed of he would appoint a royal commission to investigate tin' eircum stances surrounding several recent fatal railway accidents.
